Privacy Policy
TAGASPAR is designed to perform local PC integrity checks while minimizing the information sent off the device.

Information we collect
Account information includes your email address, display name, password-derived security material, account role, login sessions, and recovery-key hash. If enabled, authenticator secrets are encrypted and MFA recovery codes are stored only as hashes. Passwords and recovery keys are never stored in readable form.
Scan information
The scanner analyzes files and Windows forensic sources locally. When you approve submission, TAGASPAR receives a redacted summary: scan time, scanner version, file count, severity totals, system boot and installation dates, and up to 20 priority findings. Depending on the evidence found, those rows may contain redacted local paths, hashes, matched-rule descriptions, a download source hostname, Windows execution/deletion context, or process memory-map metadata. It does not upload scanned files, browser databases, process memory contents, or raw USB serial numbers.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate accounts, show each user their own PC-check history and results, show scan results to authorized staff, prevent abuse, and maintain audit records. Scan results remain inside TAGASPAR and are not forwarded to third-party chat services.
Retention and security
Scan links expire automatically. PC-check reports and their linked findings, cases, appeals, consent records, and notifications are kept for 90 days by default; the owner can set a 30–365 day operational window. Expired data is removed during a subsequent report-maintenance pass or when the owner runs the purge control. Sessions are stored as hashes, cookies are HTTP-only, and owner/staff tools require authenticator verification. Sensitive service credentials stay server-side.
Your choices
You can change your display name and password, rotate your recovery key, or delete a non-owner account from Account Settings. You may decline the scan consent notice; if you decline, the authorized scanner download remains locked and the site rejects submission for that session.
