PC Check Consent Notice
This notice explains exactly what happens when you accept an authorized TAGASPAR scan session.

Before the scan
You sign in to a TAGASPAR account, open a one-time staff-issued scan link, and explicitly confirm that you own or are authorized to check the PC.
During the scan
The Windows app performs read-only local analysis of selected files, processes and loaded modules, Windows execution and deletion artifacts, startup entries, drivers, FiveM/GTA resources, system timeline data, memory-map metadata, USB device-registration history, and bounded NTFS journal records. For files that already trigger a finding, it may also check Mark-of-the-Web and exact matching download records from supported Chromium-family browsers. It does not delete, quarantine, or change files.
Information leaving the PC
No scan findings are uploaded merely because the scanner starts. The app may request current approved-release information so it can block outdated builds. After reviewing the result, you choose “Send to TAGASPAR.” It then submits a redacted summary and up to 20 priority evidence rows using the one-time scan code. Evidence may include redacted paths, SHA-256 hashes, matched-rule details, source hostnames, Windows artifact context, or memory-map metadata. Local files, browser databases, process memory contents, and raw device serials are not uploaded.
Your choice
You can stop before preparing the check, before scanning, or before submitting. Declining consent keeps the authorized download locked and causes report submission to be rejected for that session.
Staff review
Authorized staff receive severity totals, a verdict, system dates, and a limited evidence preview. Correlation summaries do not count as extra detections, and contextual records do not become proof of cheating. Results must be manually reviewed before any enforcement decision.
